Our Story

Founded by Nicole J. Love, MBA, The Formula Foundation was born out of a vision to bridge the gap between education and real-world success. Having once been a student lacking these essential tools, Nicole is dedicated to helping today’s youth reach their full potential.

To empower high school students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the real world, preparing them for adulthood with confidence and purpose.
